Welcome to Countryside Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Greg Matthews started this veterinary practice in Fremont, Ohio, in June of 1987 in the Potter Village Shopping Center. In January of 2009, we moved into our new facility at 2180 Dickinson St. where we are well equipped to serve our clients' and patients' needs.

Countryside Veterinary Clinic offers complete care for both small and large animals'dogs, cats, horses, food animals, and camelids. Small animal appointments and farm visits are scheduled daily during regular office hours.
